United Planet Affiliate Ambassador Club of EIS Care Quest

The Care Quest Club of Ekamai International School (EIS), a school-based community service club, became a United Planet Affiliate Ambassador Club in late November 2009. We are very proud of the creation of such a great new member!

Club Activities

The Club encourages students to promote cultural awareness and reach out to those in need. They have actively served the community since 2007, doing on-campus and off-campus work. They have volunteered at various orphanages and nursing homes; participated in community service and beautification projects; provided clothes, food and toys; and provided services such as planting trees, cleaning and more. Additionally, they have participated in the school's annual International Fair, and raised funds through contributions, donations and garage sales. Read more about this club.

The Club Location

The club is located within the campus of Ekamai International School located in Bangkok, Thailand. The school has a population of 1,250 and is currently made up of twenty-three different nationalities, of which the majority of students are Thai. Thailand is also known as the “Land of Smiles,” and its capital city, Bangkok, is a heavily urbanized city with a population of 11,971,000.
