This past week, we donned on our t-shirts and rallied Team United Planet to celebrate the summer sun and hard work everyone has been doing this year! The weather in the afternoon was perfect, almost too hot in fact, but we found a shady patch beneath one of the many trees speckled across the Boston Public Garden. Our field day started with pizza and salad and continued with (mostly) friendly games of bocce ball on the lawn (some were more competitive than others). Take a look at a few of the candid pictures taken throughout the day, and keep an eye out for familiar faces! TAQA Employees Volunteer Abroad to Renovate School in Ghana

TAQA, which means energy in Arabic, is an international energy and water company listed in Abu Dhabi operating in 11 countries across four continents. The company contacted United Planet last year to organize a Group Quest to Ghana where they could learn more about the people and country they have operations in. Their Quest project focused on renovating a school while immersing in the culture, strengthening relationships and building teamwork skills.
