Secondly, in the list of the recipes of the world, a traditional dish from Vietnam. Rice paper rolls in Vietnam are also called fresh spring rolls (gỏi cuốn) but submerge them into hot oil and they become instant deep-fried spring rolls.
Firstly, bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Boil rice vermicelli for 3 to 5 minutes, or until al dente, and drain.
Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one rice wrapper into the hot water for 1 second to soften.
Lay wrapper flat. Place 2-halved shrimps, a handful of vermicelli, basil, mint, cilantro, and lettuce, at the bottom of the rice wrapper, leaving about 2 inches of space on the right, left, and bottom of the wrapper.
Cover the filling with the bottom part of the wrapper, then fold the right then left sides of the wrapper. With a firm yet careful grip, tuck and roll it upwards.

A delicious dish from Kenya will blow your mind with the explosion of flavors. The name comes from its native language: Kuku in Swahili means chicken and Paka means to smear, to spread, or to apply.
Heat the broiler. For the curry, use a saucepan and add half of the salt, half the green chilies, and half the grated fresh tomato, and all of the ginger, garlic, turmeric, and pepper to cook until you smell the aroma wafting through the air.
Coat the chicken with some olive oil and place the chicken thighs on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil for about 17-20 minutes or until the temperature of the chicken is at 165 degrees Celcius.
In the saucepan with the curry, add the coconut milk and add the rest of the green chillies, grated tomato, and salt. Bring it to a gentle simmer for 7 mins or until the coconut mixture (tui) has thickened. After that, take off the heat and cool for a couple of minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, add chicken and any juices from the baking sheet into the curry, reduce to low heat, and mix to combine. Ensure to stir constantly to prevent the curry sauce from splitting.
Finally, add the lemon juice and garnish with fresh green dhania before serving with French bread, plain boiled rice or Mandazi/Mahambri.
