Country Information
Denmark is located in northern Europe. Although only about 43,000 square km in size, it serves as the connecting point between North and Central Europe now that the bridge between Denmark and Sweden has been completed. Denmark is the second-most visited destination in Scandinavia. Volunteering in Denmark is a great way to explore all of the sights and culture that this incredible country has to offer including lively cities, Viking ruins, medieval castles, and a rural countryside. Beyond your explorations, volunteering in a local community will give you unique insight into the local Danish way of life.
