Ambassador Club Program - Learn, Serve & Change the World

As a United Planet Ambassador, you will:

Develop creative globally-minded leadership skills
Gain a rich understanding of diverse cultures and pressing global challenges
Get a chance to directly impact your local community or school
Support international projects by volunteering abroad or raising funds
Organize exciting and meaningful activities as part of a cohesive cross-cultural team

Receipt of a detailed leadership manual with guidelines for setting up your club
A chance to interact with people from all over the world, including other Ambassador Clubs
Discounts on United Planet volunteer programs (Quests)
Invitations to participate in special United Planet events and activities
A dedicated Ambassador Program Manager in our Boston office to answer your questions and provide support

Who can create an Ambassador Club?

Any student at their middle school, high school, college or university
Any staff member at their work place or organization
Any individual in their community

We encourage people of all ages, nationalities & backgrounds to become catalysts for change by creating an Ambassador Club!

The main requirements for Ambassador Clubs are:

Participate in at least 2 local community service projects each year
Plan at least 4 Cultural Awareness Projects (CAPs) per year
Communicate with the Ambassador Program Manager on a regular basis
In addition, all clubs are encouraged to volunteer abroad or raise money to support an international project

Already have your own club? Become an Affiliate Ambassador Club!

If you already have a club that is interested in cultural awareness and community service, you may become a United Planet Affiliate Ambassador Club! Affiliates have fewer requirements but enjoy the same benefits as Ambassador Clubs.

We invite clubs with a wide range of missions to join our Ambassador Program, including language clubs, community service clubs, international clubs, and more. There is a great deal of flexibility within the program, allowing each club to plan activities that focus on its particular interests. A wide variety of Affiliate Clubs provides exciting depth and diversity to our Ambassador Community!

Steps to join the United Planet Ambassador Club Community:

Step 1: Fill out the United Planet Ambassador Club or Affiliate Ambassador Club online application.
Step 2: The Ambassador Program Manager will contact you once we review your application.
Step 3: If your application is accepted, you will receive detailed information on how to start your club.
