Peru Excursion to Lake Titicaca

Experience the floating islands of Uros, Taquile and Amantani

Lake TiticacaDon't miss the chance to visit the lake and the islands while you're in Peru. Add on this excursion at a bargain price.

Experience a 3 day/2 night boat tour across Lake Titicaca, the largest lake in South America, bordering Peru and Bolivia. Visit the islands where the indigenous people who pre-date Incan civilization are still living.

These islands were artificially made of floating reed, and could easily be moved for defensive purposes. Now, they are one of Peru’s major tourist attractions. Explore the ancient ruins on all the islands, and observe the textiles and ceramics the Uros people have grown famous for. Amantaní is known as the "Island of the Kantuta", after the national flower of Peru and Bolivia, which grows plentifully on the island. Taquile is known as a peaceful island with no roads or electricity, but plenty of hills and archaeological ruins. Be one of the few to experience Taquile in all its tranquility thanks to its limit on tourism.

Add a 3 day/2 night excursion to the end of your Quest for only $295!

This will be a once in a life time chance to experience a part of the world few ever have the chance to see!
