United Planet is looking for a Human Resource Manager available for 6 months to join our international team in Boston. As a vital UP team member, the Human Resource Manager will help develop and expand our essential team so that United Planet can continue to achieve our mission worldwide. Our team is the most essential element of our success as an organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand our team.
- Partner with various universities and websites worldwide to recruit essential paid and volunteer team members.
- Organize recruitment, interview, and staffing needs
- Assist in planning roll-out schedule and growth of team
- Act as the liaison of the office team to execute team member contracts, vacations, and more.
- Assist in the planning of the organizational structure of the team
Qualification:
- Creative, Resourceful, Confident, Goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial
- Strong written & verbal skills needed
- Human Resource/ Organizational behavior background preferred
- International Experience and foreign language skills a plus
