What did you enjoy most about your Quest experience?

The host family. They genuinely cared about us and our experience! They talked in spanish with us the whole time, and we learned so much!

What was most challenging about your Quest experience?

Lack of transportation... but walking is good for your soul anyway!

Describe your volunteer work experience.

Assisting with English lessons in the school - we were also able to help the instructor better his English.

The experience was unforgettable. The host family we lived with was genuine, and pure Tico, right down to the rice and beans we ate three times a day... Surprisingly you don't get sick of it! The school was great, and you really had an opportunity to interact with kids from Kindergarten to 6th grade!
