Blizzard 12-19-09, what is one?

A blizzard is a storm with snow, sustained 35 mph winds. less than 1/4 mile visibility, lasting at least three hours. Parts of Massachusetts, USA will see blizzard conditions tonight. This is the first one since February, 2006. Some areas will see two feet of snow!
